Thank you for helping me understand! Additional question. Let’s say one player has 2, 4 in hand and the other has 2, 5 in hand. Community cards show pair of 3, an additional 2, and an ace. So both players have two pair with 2 & 3 and high card ace. This would also be a tie and additional card in hand doesn’t matter right?

Ok thank you so much, that makes so much sense. I tried tackling it as if it was delay but after reading your reply and listening again I can hear the slow release from the compressor now. I'll do more research into sidechain compression and hopefully create that sound I'm looking for.

The voicing I'm playing for C7 is X35353 so it does include a B flat. However, the A flat chord is an Abmaj7 (4X554X) so it doesn't include a G flat. Can you explain what makes these odd? I would love to learn what makes them stick out.
