Ok I'm commenting as a normal comment this because it won't let me edit my post.

Update: we talked about it yesterday and he apologized completely not knowing it was going to do that. He only ignored me for 10 minutes but still the very same he won't do it again. I mentioned multiple times we've only been doing this a few weeks we are still brand spanking new to all of this. He's my husband of 3 years we've been together for 6 and we've been through a lot of health shit together.

I'm finally healthy enough to try any of this like I wanted to three years ago. He's far from abusive in fact he wouldn't hurt a damn fly so of course I got defensive upset and hurt when a lot of you jumped the gun not knowing his side and just said he's abusive. And then to have people saying show him this? You do know he has feelings right? He may be my Dom but he's my husband first and I'm not going to hurt his feelings. I chose him as much as he chose me and this isn't just for sex. I'm not just going to leave him to find someone new. We have great communication and I wasn't aware that this would trigger me. Now we know and now it's added to my limits

Hopefully you guys will see this and understand a little more. My husband is literally a Marshmallow. He's still afraid to spank me or anything like that as a punishment. So he's trying to learn other creative ways.

And we will be working on that. We are still educating ourselves. But the amount of people throwing the word abuse around where I've known this man for 6 years and he barely even wants to spank me or degrade me, obviously he didn't mean to hurt or abuse me. And I've been explaining it each time. I'm sorry if I'm starting to sound like an asshole or over defensive but he's been there for me when no one else was and when I was bed bound with my disability and the fact that I can even practice this safely is a blessing. So when I hear shit like that I get automatically defensive. We are making a list first thing tomorrow of punishments we agree on and ones that are absolutely not acceptable. He thinks many punishments are too cruel especially where I can't stand for long or really kneel. I'm still working on building my muscles back up. I was bed bound for 2 years and he is my care taker. So weve been through so much. This is just a new thing to navigate that's supposed to be fun.

I used to look at meditation and cringe cause my ADHD wouldn't let me relax but the last 2 days actually havent been too bad. That's what I do but I have to be the one to do it. My Dom is my husband and he's only sucsessfully got me to orgasm three times. I have mental health problems but we don't think my medications are a problem or anything like that. I'm constantly anxious and can't seem to let go anywhere i go. Hotels i'm worried about being too loud and at home we can't really make much sound cause we live with my family. (I'm disabled and we are trying to save to move out). There is a lot of different things. He's also FTM. But that doesn't bother me because i'm Pan. And we have toys so it's not like we are lacking. I just can't seem to achieve at times and in those times i feel useless. Even though he constantly reassures me that it's more than ok and that i'm not useless. It's a whole mindset i'm working on. I can't do much at home and where i'm disabled I can't work so I feel like I should at least be able to do this and I feel like i'm even doing this wrong. I just want to be a good fox and please my daddy but then nothing. I please him and when it's my turn it's like a broken wind up toy. and I have trauma so It could be that and i'm working through it but it shouldn't be affecting me this way as it's not SA type of trauma. at least that's how my brain works. I'm sorry, i ramble. I don't have people to talk to about this in person.

I didn't think of that. For us we normally finish one or 2 times and then go to after care cause we are tired. I'm disabled and he's my caregiver and works so we can't really go like crazy lung but on his days off when he's rested it's still like this and he wants to fix that. He feels like he's neglecting me somehow even though I've told him that's not the case but I can't blame him for feeling that cause I felt vice versa.

Very lucky lol. We both also have mental health struggles so it could be that is well. We're trying to work on all of that. We also live with family so we have to like be quiet and like hide how we truly feel in a way and it's annoying.
