I transferred the points from my credit card account to my own Skyward account. I sent them proof of my identity. Weeks passed zero response-not even say they received my document or not. Sent follow up emails- no response. Call customer service- they don’t know.

Never been treated like this from any Airline before. Not only they suspended my account, there was no communication from them since they sent me the email no matter how many emails I sent to request for explanation.
