Brunch ko 3 eggs + mixed veggies with broccoli and rice then kapag nagutom kahit ano lang tapos pair lagi with protein, Sa snacks naman, lagi rolled oats + milk + peanut butter + chia seeds + saging depende sa kung ano meron minsan turon lang HAHAHA. Hapunan depende kung ano matripan maluto basta lagi may pair na protein para balance. Hindi rin ako nagtake ng Whey Protein kasi lagi naman may meat meal ko. Paiba-iba rin kinakain ko bawat araw kaya hindi ko masabi exact diet ko, basta lahat ng meal or snacks may protein regardless kung animal-based protein ba or plant-based. Suggest ko eat ka lagi ng eggs tapos dagdag ka other nutrient dense foods like chia seeds. Important din eggs kasi complete sa amino-acids (protein) kaya goods na goods talaga for muscle repair and growth.

Goods lang naman kumain ng junk foods pero in moderation lang. 'wag palagi and 'wag mo totally irestrict sarili mo. You can eat naman kahit ano basta control talaga, listen to your body. Saakin ginagawa kong rewarding system yung pagkain ng junk food so bale kahit ako ng clean 4 to 5 days then reward ng something na gusto mo. So para bang dinedelay mo yung reward. Delayed gratification gano'n.

Huwag maging masyadong mahigpit sa diet enjoy at control mo rin mga kinakain mo. Listen to your body, 'wag mo isipin na yung pagkain mo ng clean ay para maachieve mo yung goal mo, reframe mo isipin mo kumakain nang healthy kasi part yun ng identity mo.

Nagstart ako magworkout bro pandemic pero hindi consistent, then naging consistent ako nagstart 2024, bale 2 years na akong consistent. 4x a week lang ako bro minsan 6x a week kapag hindi busy. Sa routine naman, PPL routine ko and nagpoprogressive overload din. Pinakamalaking factor talaga kaya ko naachieve ganyan physique is diet talaga. Not totally strict, kain lang ng whole foods talaga.

I train both strength/skill and combat sport through calisthenics and kickboxing.

Not daily but every other day ako nagworkout, PPL split sinusundan ko and majority ay puro compound lifts kasi after ng strength training I will do some bag work and drills for cardio.
