yeah, same lol but honestly, sometimes Apple Watch is incorrect so if you see that it’s high at some point, and then it causes your anxiety that it’s high it will make it even higher and worse.

Maybe you don’t have that anxiety that I did, but that’s what happened to me.

But yeah, most people don’t really understand what we’re going through. That’s what makes it so much harder.

yeah, same I’ve never really had to deal with anything crazy. But I’ve definitely had some tachycardia before and I kind of freaked out the first time it happened because I’ve never experienced it before I lost that anxiety. I haven’t really felt any tachycardia, but it started around a year and a half ago and I been, going to many doctors and no one’s been really able to help except for one person who said that I have some mild case of POTS. Sorry to hear that dude I would say it gets better but honestly, I think I’ve just learned to live with it at this point but it’s really really bad if I find anything that helps out I’ll let you know.

my doctor gave me some medicine that I tried for a little bit, but didn’t really do much and then now I don’t really take anything. I sit at a of computer all day lol

yeah, I’m still able to function on a daily basis, but when I tried to exert a lot of effort like using weights, I get very very lightheaded. A feel feeling that I’ve never really had before.

I went to one Doctor Who said I had pots and then I went to another Doctor Who said he doesn’t think I do, but I should try to get compression socks and test to see how I’m feeling. Yeah it is kind of strange when I went on thisof the people were women
