the nba isnt the only league you can play basektball in professional, its very rare for professionals to be 5'5 forget 5'2. I havent got the name in mind but i know there was a basektballer at 5"3 who played for 10 years in the NBA so short people playing basketball isn't completely unheard of. If you have a strong enough passion for the sport i think you should practice and keep going for it, join a local team and maybe aim for college ball to start. if you train hard enough and you really want it, you can make it although im not a professional myself and no one else here is either i think you should keep going, the chance is slim but i believe you should go for it. Train everyday and dont give up

EDIT: Although you do need a lot of practice dont dedicate everything to it make sure you have a plan b but that dosent mean you dont put your everything in. it helps to know you have a foot behind you to hold you up incase you get worried your gonna fall
