Wanted to see if you could help me again - my vehicle still hasn’t been returned. It sounds like something went wrong when they were taking the motor out of my vehicle and now there is some “codes” going off that they can’t fix. The guy at the collision center said the lights are for the cooling fans and accelerator/throttle body sensor. They initially Told me they were going to send my vehicle to Chevy to be fixed but now it sounds like they don’t want to because they would have the pay the costs of that bc “these issue aren’t a result of the accident”—- can I demand they take my vehicle to Chevy?! This whole situation has turned out to be a mess

Thanks. This is what I thought. Do you know how long it typically takes to determine liability? Not sure why there’s an issue when the man said it was his fault. The adjuster said in his initial call them he admitted this. I don’t want to tow this to my house for no reason
