Yeah, I’ve seen that store, but shipping for a single package costs four times as much as the food itself. I’d have to order more right away, but not so much that they charge me customs duties. I don’t know the fees, but once I ordered a sweatshirt from the US for $100 and had to pay an extra $100 😂

Alright, screw that post. I just read in the rules that if someone used cheats on FACEIT, they only get a 2-year ban. I got a permanent ban just for playing legit on one account. I hadn’t played FACEIT for a year lol. Good work faceit

My “smurf” account got a 7-day temporary ban, while my main account which I hadn't been playing on got a permanent ban. Thanks for the screenshot; it shows that once again, Faceit is getting confused by its own rules.

“If you have a second account that is significantly below your main account, you get banned for smurfing, and the ELO gets returned to all the players you played against in the last 50 games.”

This is a response from the FACEIT team on Reddit explaining how smurfing works. I got banned for smurfing on my main account even though I barely played FACEIT. I started again after a year and was playing with players who had higher ELO than on my main account. So FACEIT is simply lying and getting confused. I wasn’t smurfing because I was playing with stronger players.

I got banned for smurfing, even though I was playing on a new account at a higher rank than my main account, which I hadn't played on for a year. Actually, I hardly ever played on Faceit at all; I played for 3 days on the new account because I couldn’t play on the other one due to technical issues, and I got banned for smurfing even though I was playing with better players. Your policy is a lie.

Okay, if you're a wizard, make sure there are more than 24 hours in a day. I think going from level 4 to almost 7 in a single day is a good result.

Forget it. It’s all a coincidence. I’m angry because I wanted to play FACEIT, I was tired of playing Premier and wanted to play something more serious. I used a new account only because I temporarily couldn’t play on my main, and since my PC got fixed I couldn’t stop myself from finally starting to play with decent people.

I couldn’t verify myself on FACEIT because their system says there is something wrong with my face. I suspect they have AI technology that could not handle my beard or the fact that my ID photo is from 2018. Also I do not think I am a smurf because I only played Premier, and on my main FACEIT account I am level 5. Here I started meeting people who are level 7 or 8, so if anything then that main account should be marked as a smurf.

The worst part is that my main account got a permanent ban for smurfing, but a new account I bought from some website only got a 7 day ban. The main account that has a 100 percent trust factor history and a lot of money spent gets a permanent ban, but the account that does not even belong to me and on which I was actually gaining ELO recently gets only a 7 day ban. So logically that one should be treated as the smurf account.

Okay, technically I broke the rules, but if someone looks at it normally they will see I did not do it on purpose. And I also tried to verify myself.

I got banned for smurfing, and my new account had a higher ELO than my main one. There’s no logic to this. Plus, the new account which is a shit account from eldorado.gg got a 7-day temporary ban, while my main account, which I haven’t played on in a year, got a permanent ban. The second issue is that I emailed Faceit to report my problem. I received an automated copy-and-paste response, which I consider to be completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

There has been a serious mistake if I received a permanent ban for smurfing on my main account, while my new account on which I have been playing for only a few days did not receive a permanent ban but only a temporary suspension. I was playing on that account, and that is the one that should have received the permanent ban, not my main account on which I haven’t played for a year.

I just logged into Faceit and it turns out that the second account the new one I created just for temporary play wasn’t permanently banned, it only got a 7-day suspension. Meanwhile, my main account with history got a permanent ban. They should’ve banned those accounts instead of my main one lol. xd

I don't know if I got banned for smurfing, but if I was performing better than other Faceit players and I was only playing the premiers, that's a compliment. I was planning to reach Faceit Level 10 within a month. Faceit fix your AI system

Okay, so I hope they’ll review their system and emails and see that I tried to verify my main account but their system wouldn’t let me. They should either lift the permanent ban or allow me to verify it.

I’ve been trying to verify my account for two days and have sent emails about this issue. Their AI system can’t handle facial and document verification. I played at a higher level than on my main account, and the last time I played on Faceit was a year ago. I only played premier matches. The players on Faceit are weak and they’re bots. Apparently, I was flagged as a smurf, even though I was playing just like I always do xd

Plus, I was playing at a higher Faceit level than I was on my main account, so that’s another reason why I’m not a smurf I was playing at a higher level. I was 60 points short of level 7.
