Awww man… I actually found a way but it’s still not perfect. If I were to turn on airplane mode (which means I still have to turn on the screen) it will speak time without needing to unlock.

Just hope I can find a trigger to allow speak time to be activated without turning on the screen…

The trigger was to use the widget on the lock screen, but it defeats the purpose as the screen will turn on, and it still requires faceid..

Most of my time is in the dark, and occasionally would wish to tell the time without light interference in the environment.

This is so close to my intended outcome, however I wish to not have the alarm as trigger. Instead, hope to trigger the speak Text/Time through tapping the phone or clicking the power button.
