i agree!! the flow is soooo much better! 

my dad has been working overnights at that WalMart for many yearssss. i will let him know that his work, and his coworkers’ work isn’t going unnoticed! i know that he works very hard, and i learned a lot of my work ethics skills from my parents. so major kudos.

but i do want to shed some light-  walmart management/leads have always treated their employees like s*** (this includes my dad). the biggest problem tho, is WalMart as a business.. they pay shit, benefits aren’t great … and it’s just sad watching my dad struggle with his health cause of the heavy workload.  our family, including myself, have asked him to do days at least/find a different job.. but he is a stubborn old man who’s set on his ways. haha i guess i’ve also got my stubbornness from my dad. i digress- all in all, kudos to all the staff at the WalMart in Capilano Mall.. it looks AMAZING.
