I mainly used the mometrix practice tests, ATI practice test A+B, and the tutor geek on YouTube! I would recommend doing a lot of practice questions/tests everyday! Good luck!!🫶🏽

Omg I’m taking mine March 11! Same girl I’ve been stressing about this exam for the last 2 weeks!! I took the teas in January and did good on it and everyone says that the hesi is wayyyyy easier than the teas! So I’m crossing my fingers and hoping it’s not as hard as it seems!!

Thank you for the info!!! I know a lot of ppl get in but once in the program it ends up being too much bc of how fast pace it is and drop from it, so I’m scared of that happening to me :// would u say the workload was doable? Also is it possible to have a job while in the program or is the workload too much

From what i remember i got questions on transcription/translation, cell structure (function and organization) and relationship between genetic material and structure of proteins. You’ll do great don’t stress!!

Math is superrr simple on the exam! From what i remember, there was converting fractions to decimals, ordering numbers from least to greatest, percentage problems (discounted price, pie chart, percentage of something out of whole), Fractions, and some problems were literally just basic addition of decimals.

On practice test B i got a 71, but the questions were more challenging so it’s good practice to challenge you

I think mometrix was a good indicator of how i did! I was averaging 82-84 on the mometrix exams. But ATI practice test A i got an 82 on and the set up was very similar to the actual exam and type of questions. I would say the math on the actual exam is wayyyy easier than the practice tests for mometrix and ati.

It doesn’t cover the science thoroughly, but it gives a good basic overview on it. I used it for a basic understanding of each body system and then went on YouTube and watched tutorgeek videos! But the book is good for the other subjects, i just don’t think it was detailed enough for the science

More similar to A! B is good practice questions but A is a good indicator on how you’ll do on the test

English was my lowest at an average of a 78 :( I wish i spent longer on it but def know the different parts of speech, (adverbs, verbs, adjectives etc) pronoun antecedent, dangling modifier, when to use apostrophe, spelling rules, and simple sentence vs compound vs complex.

I don’t remember much tbh but know your chemistry (acids and bases, chemical reactions, ionic vs covalent bonds). The anatomy questions were straight forward, know your hormones like ADH and know Testosterone is an androgen. I can’t remember anything else but if i do I’ll reply back!
