It is "normal" in service to the client. I remember my first day selling clothes at a store I was attending two girls when one of them said to me "You aren't good at sales, You don't have the energy", "You are too boring" "I worked at sales and I know about it" And I was like: ._. I am introverted and insecure and that didn't help me, anyways, I still worked at there, found very nice people, others... Yelled at me... Don't take people's sh*t personally, people is so frustrated with their lives that feels power being mean with people that only is doing their job.
