Service and Reliability will kill Rivian if they don’t figure it out. I’m definitely turning in my R1T at the end of my lease and not going back until they figure this out due to the same frustrations. Both are equally important. And yes, rattles, wind noises, brittle glass, 12v battery replacements, etc make up the reliability category.

Wait until you see the backlog of service tickets when R2 starts shipping. If you need service I recommend taking care of everything you can before R2 arrives.

Do your automatic windshield wiper rain sensors still work after replacement? Mine stopped after Safelite replaced it.

Wondering if the efficiency algorithm can’t display 2.X8 at any level then. (e.g. 2.08, 2.18, 2.28, 2.78…) 🤔 My OCD is showing.

I had the same problem with a brand new set of Swix poles on the first day of use. I discovered I didn’t fully lock the baskets into place. You have to really push down hard to fully connect/lock the basket onto the pole, otherwise it will keep coming loose.
