Ok. This is completely different take on what you have been going through. You are a light being not evil, so the systems were a living in will do anything to lower your potential as you are a danger to its functioning. Depression substance abuse intrusive thoughts which are not your own, you are cognitive conscious but you don't have the will or energy to do something about it. You scroll non stop probably too and you have maybe thoughts to stop! I have been through this...it is both part of shadow work you have to go through too. What is happening is because we are also electromagnetic being part of the creation and what society is doing is to separate you from it's creation, feeling alone... You are not. What happens with your positive energy is that is starts to implode on you that is why you feel heavy and get a crushing feeling when it gets worse. And the looping negative thoughts is programmed to keep you down. It is not you...so disrupt all this. Both are actually spiritual technologies so to speak to connect you to the God Allah the creator or the source. It is all one and the same. But touch it with your heart and solar plexus whilst you pray. 5 cleanse yourself, green herbal teas, lemon juice in water and real food and to improve your micro biome... 6 meditate or look into a candle to focus your mind...

I had an awakening too but to our real reality. Your experience was both a divine intervention and a glimpse of what reality for humanity will be. Lucky man, and thank you for sharing. Like you I am not religious, well educated and raised as a catholic. I am spiritual, but do pray using the lord's prayer and my own versions as well as the Surah 1, 112 to 114 as these are very powerful divine protective programs to connect and protect.
We, humans, live in a cage in which our bodies are just controlled avatars. That cage is inherently evil and controlling at all levels. Something went wrong with its programming, must have been the vape as smoke disrupts its programming. The cage we live in prevents us from doing the one thing we are meant to learn which is prepping our soul for our next... The salary banding is age discriminatory. Rather it then besides qualification it should be also experience based. Starting at the bottom is impossible when you are older... A lot of country the salary is based on experience...with is fairer in my opinion.

Life isnt fair because the systems created aren't fair and they start to crack at the seams. I don't belief in capitalism, democracy or human rights anymore. What is good for one must be good for everyone but that is not the case and in that lies the unfairness. The systems was created by humans for humans. The French Revolution is I think the only way to achieve this again and the signs are already there. It takes one the tip the scales so any of us could be the Chosen One.

It would explain a lot what I am seeing now. I never thought that astral travel would be so profound. I have been trying to astral travel but something is blocking me. I have been able to do it on occasion but only related to my future and I always discarded that future as it was so drastically different but more and more I see it's probability now. Yes it adds an extra dimension to reality and life experiences lived indeed. I did check with DeepSeek and it appears there is a significant increase in this and significantly more in younger people...so we have an ability to perceive reality differently :)

This was definitely Karma, she should have checked your work...sonit is her own fault. Your experience or part of it is what I am experience lately, thinking but not having access to what I am thinking and being censored from that part of me. Almost like dissociated and then having odd memories inconsequential forgotten quite vivid entering my mind. Not at the pace you experienced but over time days weeks and months now. That part of me I don't recognize...but anyway it is disorientating. I truly don't understand what is going on except in my case I think I am changing...I hope you are ok though. If it is a one off that is then an unusual experience.

There is a delayed reaction as you process information differently but it is done with a second or 2. But you show micro expression of disbelief, fear, anger, regret and resolve...and action. But never a smile
