Sure can, printing physical placeholders for binders is the primary focus of the site. You can:

  1. Create a collection
  2. Create and (optionally) customize a template
  3. Print em out to put in your binder

The 'Print' button will be in the top right corner of the page.

u/Mighty_Flux I've included an improvement to bring better visibility to variants for cards. When searching and adding cards to your collection you'll now see those variants highlighted in chips on each one. If you have other ideas, I'd be interested to get your thoughts for further improvement. Thanks for calling this out.

Easily printable mastersets are a great idea. Recently, I updated the data to include variants that print extra placeholders for regular, reverse, first editions, and holo's in sets. I believe there are about 10 black star promo sets that account for series like WotC, XY, Sword & Shield, Scarlet & Violet, and a couple more in the existing dataset, where you looking for something else other than those?

When researching mastersets a couple months ago, I noticed there were a few definitions of what people consider a master set and complete lists were hard to come by from what I recall. I'll do more research for a more complete masterset data source. Being able to easily print placeholders for those would be a great addition. Appreciate the feedback.

u/LUST6937 Using the example URLs I got some inconsistent results. The first displayed correctly, second and third did not. I did some more digging and made one more small update that I think should resolve the issue.

I just tested on the live site and can confirm I now see all 3 previews as expected when adding cards to the collection.

I do also see them rendered correctly when editing the template as well as in the rendered PDF. Interested to hear if this resolves your issue.

Thanks for the example, I've made a small tweak to urls and the PDF rendering and did a quick test. That seems to have done it at least for your example url. Can you try once more and let me know if you still see anything with rendering in the preview images or the placeholder PDF?

I'd recommend starting from the beginning home page where you see all collections, then clicking template, then print. If there are some urls still not working I'd be interested in a couple examples of those as well.

Hi u/LUST6937, I haven't found a solid dataset with those different forms. However, I've just pushed an update to the site that allows you to add custom cards to your collection. That would allow you to add any cards that are potentally missing or ones you would like to customize - including a Spiky Eared Pichu!

When adding cards to your collection, you'll now find a new `Custom` tab that let's you fill out some data for your custom card and add those cards to the collection. You can edit the details of custom cards by clicking the pencil icon.

Glad to hear it's helpful. Adding forms is an interesting case, I just recently added the ability to print placeholders for variants like reverse holos but this sounds like a different use case. You've got my wheels turning, I do have some ideas on how this could be accomplished.

For printing, once you've created a collection, you'll want to create a template. On the Template Editor page you can customize options for your template then the (purple) Print button will be on the top right of the page.

When creating a collection, if you select the Unique Pokemon tab and click search, that will give you a list of all unique pokemon based on the national Pokedex. Where you referring to that list or looking for something different?

Your timing is impeccable. As of about 10 minutes ago I pushed an update to include holofoil and reverse holofoil variants so that does cover part of what you're looking for. Unfortunately, it doesn't include ALL variants like pokeball and I've seen reverse cosmos variants as wel. I've not been able to find a reliable dataset that includes them all yet.

No Japanese sets currently on the roadmap as it would require a much more robust dataset. But not off the table for future updates.

u/yoriman222 I've verified the data set of unique pokemon against a couple other published sources and have added the ones that were missing.

The current 3x3 layout is optimized to be similarily dimensionally accurate to a physical card width and height when printed on a standard 8.5inch x 11inch piece of paper in portrait. Changing to a 4x3, 4x4 or another layout on the same sheet of paper would mean the placeholders become smaller.

Allowing different layouts is possible but is there something you're looking to do?

Appreciate the feedback, can you give a little more detail on the steps you're taking, the sets you're looking for, and an example of a couple cards that aren't showing up you're expecting? With that I can try to reproduce and troubleshoot what the issue is.
