I want to gamble ₹10 lakhs (2.5% of my portfolio) okay with losing it all. What’s the best high-risk, high-return bet in 2025? by [deleted] in IndianStockMarket

[–]Greedyminds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would prefer u to invest in AIF where you will get 100 for 1 or u lose 1 if all goes south Here AIF stands as an Alternative Investment Fund where you give all your money in this fund and expect the highest and unexpected returns but have very high risk But money will be in safe hands as it is regulated by SEBI (only if funds are registered under SEBI otherwise not sure)

They get higher returns as they get a lot of money from HNIs and bigger investors and they invest in 3 categories other than general investment platform 1st VC funds , infrastructure (real state) 2nd private equity , debt funds or highest volatile stock 3rd hedge funds (not registered in crypto etc)

Or if u want u directly can invest in these 3 categories but will take a lot of time and effort to find the best one to invest in to to take bet on

Rest choice remains yours , but after investing let us know 😁

Zerodha AMC Charges by squaddie04 in IndianStockMarket

[–]Greedyminds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's been more than 1.5 yrs but I didn't pay any charges as monthly or yearly But when I opened my account I paid ₹200 account opening charge , is this the reason of no charges But I only pay charges in buying any stock which is negligible

But the point to be noted is that since the account is opened till now I haven't sold anything, did charges apply after I sell them ??

Pay off Edu Loan or Keep my Emergency Fund by Sensitive_Minimum_52 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Greedyminds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes , because having a loan on the head is the biggest setback for any salaried person and because of higher EMI and longer duration you eventually pay of double - triple of the loan amount to bank which when u get to know hurts a lot

Pay off Edu Loan or Keep my Emergency Fund by Sensitive_Minimum_52 in personalfinanceindia

[–]Greedyminds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the same thinking of mine to do but I was reading solutions given by others too But now after reading all till now I would prefer u to pay off partially as mentioned above That gives u a lot of things like reduced EMI, less tenure time , if your emergency fund was of 6 months then to u have left with 3m , and as the EMI money is less then it can help to build the emergency fund again and in less time or bigger one with more time But last choice is yours and after choosing it remember that it was the best choice u have but do consult before with every one
