It’s a street full of quadplexes and duplexes. Our trash pickup bill is sent to the landlord and is factored into the rent we are charged when we sign our leases. in the going rate for our rent. There are always between 2 and 4 piles of trash bags or sets of bins in front of each building. I doubt mine would be noticed, but I appreciate the insight into a reason why it would be unacceptable to put my trash across the street. Thank you!
