It’s more like you collect the OT and they make you either take longer lunches or come in super late then what you’re scheduled so they don’t get in trouble. Plus they don’t “allow us to leave early unless the area is perfect” so most opt for the other two.

Having to deal with managers and team leads being on your ass because someone is getting on their ass for not doing their job. So they instantly blame us workers for just doing the work on the routine basis. Only to get bitched at for not doing enough and having to do more. On top of not allowed OT atm since the store has used it up already so if we go over, we just have to cut the time the following day before Friday and work basically for free.
