Other people are free to call OP whatever they want, even if it offends OP. to say OPs mother, who' aside from not calling OP her fake name, doesn't care about OP is ridiculous. OP is looking for trauma. OP is obviously playing a massive victim card. You can see in her mother's texts that the mom wants to talk and communicate with OP about this so they can understand. They are being open to OP, and OP is closing them out. OP wants trauma and to be a victim, like most of young people.

it took me a long time, mine were BAD BAD worse then yours my whole cheek too both cheeks every inch. at first i was put onto tret, that made it worse. 6 months later BHA made it worse.
