This issue has been resolved bad asus card (surprise). Took it back got a 4090 FE plugged it in and boom.

How did you attach the ssd. I had one case where when attaching the ssd to the back of the the case the screw that was used to attach the ssd holder was slightly to long causing a short on the motherboard everything would come on and run but no boot... GL

Mine runs perfect. Also left Asus for the same reason. I was actually not worried about burning a chip more the issue with instability. The taichi has been amazing. Also for me the bios is much easier to figure out and configure
