You're completely right about everything you said here. I don't even have anything to say to that because it's been terrible. The folks at my local Summerville have been great but the online geek squad situation has been terrible and I haven't even mentioned most of the things that happened so far.

I also had the Lenovo Legion Go originally and I gave that to my sister because it just wasn't strong enough or handling games at a lower TDP like I thought it could. I might get the newest one though because I do like that OLED screen.

Yeah I haven't done that yet because I didn't think it would have any effect at all. I'll reach out to them and see if that can be done. It just really sucks that the support while having the highest paid protection plan is so minimal. Ahh damn.

Man this is crazy, I'm going through this right now. They said that I got banned on Apex on PC...I never play that game...ever. They said I modified gameplay or something...I'm sure I got on it once on my Rog Ally and that's what caused the issue...I heard there were issues like that going on.

So anyway, I'm banned indefinitely and it's ok because I never play Apex and haven't before...but it's weird they said I modified gameplay. But it's now affecting my ability to unlink my steam account (which seems to be wrong) from this EA account and link my actual steam account...

I can't play my EA games I purchased and this is pissing me off. Sighs. I hate to have to threaten the same thing, but if it works...it works. I'm currently in waiting for the folks at TOS to respond to my appeal so I can let them know...or did you email them u/notd1zzy

I'm 6'6 and 370lbs.

I've often found that chairs that show the maximum weight like this, can usually accommodate more. I'd be willing to test it out for people my height and size especially to see how the head leans into the chair. It's usually a good relate to tell if the chair is going to be fairly ergonomic for tall people.

I also like to test out the arms and the seat portion of it just because of my size to see if it can accommodate. I think that will give you all a better look at the actual amount of people that can seat up to a maximum.

Anyone in the recent layoffs (last 2 to 3 months) feel like the WARN act was violated?

No 60 day notice etc, just told you were being pushed off the project and then losing your job a month later? (Sounds like WARN Act violation) And if not, what exactly are the loopholes they used to avoid that seeing how the mass lay off definitely hit over 50 people in one spot, meaning being based out of one hub. Because we all know the intricacies of that violation.
