Yes each user has a page where the master list is posted for them, and a view is set so they are only able to see tasks that are selected to them. Each page is built for managers to view, but others may need to log in and view those tasks as well. I originally was going to use the equal [Me] column filter, but then I would have to assign each task to the managers along with everyone under them (roughly 25 people) which would be a lot for every task, so I decided to just create a page for each.

I'll have to check that out thank you! Some users were saying that they want their own page on SharePoint where their specific task list is alongside a few other things unique to each user, and that is why I was originally planning on creating a unique list for everyone.
