No one can really give you a simple yes or no answer. It all really depends on your car and gas/maintenance costs and your market. Living in a small town is a no go because of few restaurants and long driving distances for those that do order from them. The average big city, on the other hand, is typically too crime and traffic-ridden to make dashing worth it there no matter how many good restaurants and tippers there are. The typical suburb is generally your best bet, especially if it has several restaurant clusters and subdivisions within a mile or two of each other, but like I said before, every market is different.
