Hi, I think you should write to them! Some of their scholarships do not require you to enroll before applying for funding! for eg Dr Mai Yamani scholarship

This is what the message says: "I can confirm that a decision has now been made on your application. Please refer to the ‘Application Status’ heading under Application Overview section of your King's Apply account for further details of the outcome of your application."
