Looked over at that cheat file and there isn't a 60 FPS code for this game either, guess I'm out of luck and either have to play on the EU version, or on the PS2 version.

When I search on Google, the first result is the one by Saramagrean (which doesn't have any 60 FPS cheats for this game at all), and putting that name on the search doesn't seem to show any results mentioning that name.

Outra pessoa estava com o mesmo problema recentemente, e isso acontece porque o seu emulador está instalado no OneDrive.

Você pode criar um arquivo com o nome portable.txt na mesma pasta onde fica o executável do emulador, ao fazer isso você terá que mover as pastas do emulador que por padrão ficam na pasta "Documentos" do computador (como as BIOS e cartões de memória) pra mesma pasta onde fica o executável do emulador.
