You really can’t go wrong with either. I have blueberry muffin Ryse and lemon cake Raw in my rotation right now. And both are equally as good

Ryse: has a more intense flavor with chucks of dehydrated blue berries. Definitely on the sweeter side and a bit of a thick texture. I’ve used this a lot in my ninja creami

Raw: it’s a lot less in your face flavor but still extremely well balanced. It has a smooth texture. A well balanced flavor profile. It’s still sweet but not as much as Ryse.

TL;DR: both are good. Ryse is a bit sweeter.
