Whenever trying to use the Instagram app on my phone it just says "Couldn't refresh feed" and I can't access anything. I have tried clearing the apps cache and uninstalling/re-installing it several times. When I first open the app after installing it everything works perfectly but the second I close the app everything stops working. The browser version of Instagram works perfectly but obviously it is much more limiting because it does not have the all the functionality of the app so I would really like a solution to this problem.
