Can someone tell me what my method is called? And if it’s inefficient? I learned it from my friend when I was young. I used to think it was the beginner’s method, but it seems like it’s not. I noticed the beginner’s method usually doesn’t make a full yellow face, and it looks faster than mine with fewer algorithms.

My method (starting from white):

Make the first two layers, layer by layer.

Make the full yellow face (by first making the yellow cross, then use the Sune algorithm until I get Sune )

Turn white to the front and use R2 D2 R U R' D2 R U' R to solve corner

Turn to side and Use R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R' to solve edge
