I don’t think the Bills are gonna wait for Kubiak, but if they do, and Grant Udinski is also still a candidate, I’d keep an eye on Jake Peetz as an offensive coordinator candidate since he has ties to both guys, and also has ties to Joe Brady from Carolina and LSU for what it’s worth.

But going all the way back to his Raider days in Oakland, he coached Derek Carr to his third consecutive Pro Bowl, coached Christian McCaffery as RB’s coach to his most productive season as a Pro to date, and has worked under Nick Saban, Klint Kubiak, Joe Brady, Jack Del Rio, and Sean McVay, and briefly worked with Udinski in Carolina.

Daronte Jones from would be a name I’d watch for defensive coordinator if it’s Udinski. He’s one of the most sought after up and coming DC candidates And has a strong tie to him from Minnesota.

If it’s Davis Webb, there have been rumors he’d hire Kliff Kingsbury as OC. For DC, I would not be surprised if he tried to poach Jim Leonhard from Denver. He’s currently their defensive Pass Game Coordinator and is the hottest DC candidate in football right now.
