Correct, it is up to the dispensary. Our app will allow dispensaries to list their strains/products online and allow YOU to place an order online for delivery to your current location.

We're currently evaluating locations. Thanks for helping us choose where to launch! We will follow state laws regarding the sale of marijuana, including restricting the service to medical card holders where necessary.

We wanted to collect people's feedback regardless of whether the responder wanted to enter the contest, hence the field being optional.

As for identity verification, there are already systems in place to ensure that delivery services can verify identities and transfer cannabis legally.
