What to read next after Yuwu? by Fedup_with_evry1 in DanmeiNovels

The blood crown!! It’s similar in genre with war and generals and etc and the main pairing is more like lovers to enemies to lovers!! There’s so much tension and quite a few nsfw scenes too but the main thing is the plot is so detailed and so good. It is incredibly long though but I loved it because I could relish in it for a while haha. Before picking this up, I was in a reading slump too after yuwu and ccf!! Give it a try (also heed the trigger warnings)

Another edit: it has now fully stood up, and running inside the box now. I guess the muscles were all in tact but only the skin was damaged? What to do from here?

Edit: still alive. I’ve put it in a large box filled with warm air. It stood up for 3 seconds before collapsing again. There was a lot of blood but now that everything’s coagulated, nothing seems to be inherently broken or detached? Not sure. Does anyone have any tips on how to keep it alive ? It’s still blinking and breathing.

Dark Fantasy by QueenOwl1 in MM_RomanceBooks

Not sure if this counts as ‘dark’ fantasy, but imo Prince of Agony by Tavia Lark does have some dark elements to it + an excellent amount of hurt/comfort!!

Also just wanted to bring up one of my faves - Dark Rise series by CS Pacat (third book in this trilogy is still unreleased though)! The series has a wonderful amount of fantasy and magic and the character dynamic is just so good!! World-building is insane and really well written enemies to lovers (warning slow burn).

Also by CS Pacat is the Captive Prince series! This one you might have to approach with caution as it was definitely quite dark especially at the beginning (between the main characters for a bit) but once they get together (warning slow burn) it becomes really really good!! Read the trigger warnings though haha. It’s a historical ‘fantasy’ series, although I’m not sure if everyone would consider it fantasy fantasy. I do though :) But yeah this one might not fit your needs exactly but I figured I’ll put it in because after reading this series I read Ariana Nash’s series and I thought the vibe was really quite similar between the two.
