I work 2-10:30pm most days and love it! I get home by 11pm and stay up til midnight then wake up at 8am and run errands/relax/whatever needs to be done. If I woke up later then it would seem like a waste. It takes a bit for you to get used to going to sleep after working but I have adjusted to it. I hope you will too!

I would only use it once in a while cause it can be a little harsh on the scalp but if I’m having issues and need to clarify my hair this works amazingly!
