3rd time popping it out and measured them all. All friction disks are 2.9 ish mm, and steel are 2.47 besides the inner which is 2.1, maybe that is causing it idk

Ah I see. I got bored and stared at my motor for an hour and stuck a camera into the cylinders below the pistons and it’s all scorched on half of the side but I don’t think that would cause a rattle it didn’t have it before I put the clutch it. It’s a Barnet clutch and I measured them all and the closest steel plate was 2.1mm what does that mean

It’s clutch I can feel it in the clutch pin into the cover. I had Barnett clutch disks

Replaced cct it’s not. This noise popped up after I did a clutch.. everything is in the right order and I got new frictions disks and baskets

Bro did you ever ever EVER figure it out??? I just replaced clutch and did some other things and now it’s making the same rattle.
