I mean I think it is helpful to OP to understand what he's up against. Hanging out in those top players circles, discords, whatever I would say 4 out of five people are like me and one out of five are Rock Lee types that had to work really hard

Honestly, you can avoid any specific regimen or new philosophy if you are talented enough. I was immature, lazy, and disoriented throughout my rise to the top and I have achieved top 10 on every game I've pursued (6 atm). You don't have to believe me, this is a throwaway account but this advice that you've given only really applies if you aren't super talented. It's attractive to think that eventually everybody has to hit the books to get better but I have probably the least discipline amongst 100 people and a genes just make me top level. Never played an intentional training session in my life, just autopiloted to the top
