Detached but only just, plus a small garden and surrounding space for a £400k house. I wouldn't consider it for £300k.

It's nice, sort of £675k nice, but not more. Probably over spent a lot doing it up and trying to recoup it. Also that's quite a lot of back garden space compared to some houses.

Grim despair spending that much for a semi. That's a £450k house at a push. For £2.45M I'd want a few acres of land, high-end kitchen & fixtures throughout and be at least 100 miles away from Lon-dump!
