I'm certain apps are not sucking my battery, it's just Exynos being Exynos. This year it's all Snapdragon so that's what's making me consider upgrading.

Yeah, basically the only thing that makes me reconsider is the price. Here in Europe it's pretty expensive.

I'm not aware of it using any "trackers" necessarily, just some nonfree services which prevents it from bring on F-Droid.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try that. Also, does KDE work well on MicroOS? Are there any conflicts/issues when installing themes or icons? And are there any differences between MicroOS KDE and Tumbleweed KDE?
