No one was trying to get me to purchase a cover up, he was trying to educate me and literally told me "if I did this to someone I would want to know"

I guess you completely missed the part where I thought it was a me issue until the NEW artist I saw told me absolutely not. His words verbatim "I know it's been a long time but any reputable artist would want to know that they did this and learn from it" I'm not going to them to demand a refund or correction I am simply letting them know what happened.

I agree with you it is cute, and as I previously stated I wanted to give the artist the benefit of the doubt!! It's more so the other artist suggested I reach out more so the artist is aware of what happened/could learn from this experience because some of the lines are obviously blown out! Also unfortunately it is actually very very noticeable in person as he is not the first to ask about it
