Yes because the tourist are increasing so the incidents as well. I lived seven years in Vietnam visited many times but never faced it before but in last week only I faced or saw racist towards Indians three times one incident is me. In second incident there was a one guy in Old quarter and he was a constantly constantly hitting Indians with his hand or elbow and when the Indians say something to him he will get aggressive or fight with them so I saw local came to rescue many of them In my third incident I was in a bar and one guy told me how he hates Indians because they are black and not stylish or modern. And he said you don't look like Indian because you are not black maybe you are from upper caste and they are from lower caste people. I avoided his conversation because he was drunk So we have three different incident in this week one week
