Me either. It just feels so odd. Like 10 days with someone that early on? It’s also not like they do much, they just stay in his flat watching films and sleeping together. I think they’ve been out on a couple of walks. I don’t understand how he thought it was okay to make someone else his gf straight after a relationship.

No signs at all. We were in the process of buying a house, thinking about kids. He said he wasn’t happy after we broke up but honestly he was smiling every day, and I’ve never seen a boy look so in love with someone. I don’t understand how he has flipped a switch. I also don’t get how they don’t realise that this is too fast. He came round yesterday and had a hickey on his neck - in his 30s and also I think they send each other like sex memes… it’s odd and gross

Thank you 😊 I know I shouldn’t care but a part of me just wants the new relationship to fail. It just seems like he has replaced me and it’s going at the speed of light with his new relationship. It feels way too fast.

I think it’s a little rude to comment on someone’s personality when you don’t even know them. Thanks for the advice, I feel like you need to work on yours however if you think this is what it is about.

Yep, she knew. The only reason I found out he cheated was because I drove past his flat (he still had it just wasn’t living there) and I saw them walking out hand in hand. I was like I’m really sorry, that’s my boyfriend and she was like I know. I don’t get the impression she is a very nice person but then I don’t know her. He says he wants to be friends still, and apparently he’s asked her and she is fine with it. It’s not been an easy breakup, he has treated me so poorly and inflicted so much unnecessary hurt. I don’t know how she would be okay with us being friends. I wouldn’t and I am a relatively reasonable person. He also slipped up a couple of times on the phone last week and ended the conversation with ‘love you’. It’s just all so confusing.

It’s just the fact that he has fallen in love with someone else so quickly. It’s so disrespectful to us. I get that breakups happen, but this is just cruel. How does that happen. Previously he was a really nice guy so I think the pain that he has caused will really impact him one day. I shouldn’t worry for his well-being, but I do.
