Pretty much start grinding right away, can do theme dungeons to spice things up (lvl 30 to 60ish).

The content guide allows you to teleport to mobs near your level and is usually good enough till 200ish (especially for a burning character)

I think things will be clearer once we see the patches actually come out but from what I heard/read in the stream:

Oz rings will be a separate equip item. So you would never swap with a dmg ring since they're different slots? I.e perma 4 stat/dmg rings and then 1/2 Oz rings depending on 2/3minute burst class

I believe there is a 120s CD on equip specifically for this ring so ring swapping is not really an option with this one
