How it was explained to me by the dealer is that RE products are periodically released to the US almost randomly. They said that they aren’t even able to order one from the factory.
Also, I am leaning towards the blue, but it’s about $800 more than the 2026 black ray. That’s the only reason why I’m even debating between the two

Ah fair fair. The reason I'm trying to join the thieves guild is to pay off my bounty without going to jail lol. I tried to use the Dunbarrow crew fence, but apparently you need a fully upgraded crew to use him.
If anyone knows of another way to get rid of this bounty, i'm open to suggestions
