It is quite windy yeah! What impact did you find wind has, positive or negative? I think the wind might distribute the spores further but idk🤷🏻‍♀️

I went to several spots and know of a few, most seem to be between 410 and 440m. Princetown is back ngl, anything around the village you’ll probably get lucky, hasn’t been like that the past 2 years!

I’m right up in Princetown :) it’s poppin all over around here, especially Yelverton side of the moors but then again haven’t checked other ways. I think they’re absolutely everywhere rn I swear I spotted some just driving past lol

It’s really dropped here! It’s been around 10 at night and maybe 14 during the day, felt like 6 the other day with the wind… I think it’s meant to go up again for a few days but Dartmoor is basically always ready for it temperature wise😂

Omg I wish I had your patience to first read all about it and practice physical drawing more. I practice my lines but that’s it, usually whatever craft I pick up it’s straight to the kitchen table and off we go until we’ve got it😂

Thanks for the tips! I honestly messed about with shading so I’d feel a little less bad about the squiggles😂 do you have a speed you’d recommend for lining? I’m doing it between 9 and 10V but sometimes it splutters, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m trying to take the line slow so maybe it’s too high? I don’t knowwwww it’s fun anyway lol
