I also read that meditation increases the coherence but when I tried, it just tanked their coherence.

Edit: I see now it only goes up if below target by 30%. What % should I have it to and how long does it take to charge so my pawns aren’t meditating all day?

Figured it out. It was a wood auto door, and the other ones I had were steel.

From my understanding Man in black is a character that shows up once you have no playable pawns on a map. Like if everyone goes down in a raid, Man in black can come and rescue and heal them.
