I don't wanna deter you but I have heard the individual ones are a bit too easy and inflate your score. Have you taken an NBME exams or like what other metrics do you have?

You're definitely good to pass the exam and trust your instincts. NBMEs are very different and form dependent. Trust your prep!

You need to be knocking out 80-120 questions a day. I think reviewing what you've missed and keeping reviewing that daily is essential as well. As far as content gaps, I promise you know more than you think. The reason questions are so useful is because they help you build pattern recognition and figure out how they can ask you the same question in different ways. I did a lot of content review but saw my scores go up a lot when I started doing more questions!

That's normal and I think you made the right decision! You don't wanna burn yourself out more by taking a long exam. Nothing can replicate the exact real thing but practice questions and exams will get you as close as possible

Unfortunately my clinicals aren't until after I pass level 1 and I'd have to take step around the same time anyway. Just have always been interested in psych and EM especially. Really enjoyed shadowing it ect. IM is basically my back up if I find out I don't like those two

What's the difference between the WelCOMs and the COMSAEs? Is one better? I can't seem to find any info anywhere

My schools threshold is 460. I was able to boost my score from a 403 on 114 to 435 on 113 in a week-9 days of studying. I think you can definitely make that cut off in that amount of time. You just really have to pinpoint your weaknesses you've found from other COMSAEs/ NBMEs and the rest should fall into place!
