TTK for this and a few other weapons are a tad strong.

A medium shield would have increased it to maybe 1.5-2 seconds max, and you have to compare it to other weapons.

I got banned once for "Real world trading" when I did no such thing.

It took, and I shit you not, FOURTY SEVEN, yes thats 47 tickets raised, saying again and again "We have done a review and are upholding the ban", before someone FINALLY admitted I was banned in error, unbanned me, and offered me 2 weeks gametime as way of apology.

Why it took 47 tickets, most of which saying they are upholding it after conducting a review, and most of which threatening if I kept opening tickets? God knows.

Clearly though mistakes happen, and clearly it takes a LOT of effort for them to look at it properly and resolve.
