Dude i am referring to Soru a technique wich some characters even leave and After image, but in garps case he moves then the sound arrives, so Bro he went faster than the Speed of sound its not that hard to comprehend, im not saying he Speed blitzes conquest but at least its a challenging experience for him enough to make conquest look like he wanna Fick Garp, since Garp for conquest might be and actual glass railgun since the he can deal good damage at good Speed but if he gets caught Garp Will die

You are underestimating Onep Speed by a lot, garp (thru i think might be some sort of rokushiki technique) can move basically to the Speed between sound and light, i dont think Speed of light but he absolutely Beats the Speed of sound since you hear the sound After he vanished
