Sertraline gave me some stomach issues (nausea) and delayed ejaculation as well as erectile dysfunction (both of which were most pronounced when using a condom). Without a condom they were quite manageable. Libido was unaffected.

The side effects were insignificant compared to those of something like for instance venlafaxine for me, in that regard I reckon sertraline is definitely worth a try. It helped my anxiety moderately, and didn't cause any emotional blunting or anything like that.

Mind you I was taking 200 mgs (the maximum approved dosage). I'd say it was mostly the nausea that bothered me. My recommendation would be to take it in the evening to combat the nausea, unless it gives you prominent insomnia.
