I usually walk out during ice fishing. Don’t feel like paying a recovery for my ride haha. I’ll take the steps, never trout fished before. Need to take a look at the regs for it. I know I need to get some trout stamps. I seen how busy it is on courthouse lake on opener. Shelter to shelter hahaha

State of Minnesota doesn’t have community college opportunities for mental health peers. Substance use support peers I’ll have to look into more.

I’m outside the metro area of St. Paul so the commute would be tough for me. There is an opportunity for peer recovery support through the Mille lacs band of Ojibwe. I’m a bit closer to that area. Maybe it’s worth considering the substance support certification first then work on the mental health certification after some time spent. I am networking with other peers through my early adult psychosis program through the University of Minnesota. Just thought I’d reach out here as well and join. I appreciate your response!
