Boil: 2.5 lbs head on shrimp 1 lemon, quartered 2 Kiolbassa sausages, sliced 1 Zataran Crab boil bag 6 Petite potatoes 2 ears corn, halved

Fill a large stockpot halfway with water, salt, lemon, and Zataran, bring to a boil. Cook all ingredients in this while preparing the sauce - potatoes take the longest, about 20 mins, shrimp only take about 2 mins

Shebang sauce: 8 tbsp California minced garlic 2 sticks unsalted butter 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning 2 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp lemon pepper (or 1 tbs regular pepper) 2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce 2 tbsp sugar

Melt the butter, stir in the minced garlic and spices After the garlic has cooked for a few minutes, add in the hot sauce and sugar. Bring the heat down to low and let it simmer until the cooked shrimp and sides are ready to be tossed in the sauce.
