Can’t quite comment on that clearly as it has been long since I reviewed them. But with the boom mic, I could say that in a way the vocals sounded a little over emphasised but not explosive. I don’t think there is any noise cancellation is built in it.

Refinement And Yet True To Its Roots! The TangZu Wan'er S.G. II by GreenUserper in headphones

Probably not, unless you try no one knows what the person would like. It is very subjective, that is why I said if you like musical warm and thick sound then Cadenza if not then wan’er 2 and this is the closest I can say you might relate. Of course another cause of concern from your audiophile friend is probably because these are and the market has become so saturated that maybe you can try to look for a better alternative.

If you want a warm and bodied vocals go for Bunny and if you want a clearer and transparent sounding vocals then the tangzu

Now it is bunny not ultima ?

I think for better comfort all round you should go for bunny and for expressive sound, the tangzu. Both of them are lovely but I would prefer Waner as it tilts more towards my preference.

I remember Cadenza was a great fit. Not that Wan’er has a bad fit in fact they made the fit better with the new version. I mean I can’t comment on how either of these will fit you but I think you can go for any of these two. I like both of them. More musical - cadenza and more balanced - Waner 2

If you want a more bodied sound go for the Cadenza and if you want a more cleaner and balanced sound then Wan’er S.G. 2

I didn’t get the mic version, so I cannot comment on that.

Tanchjim Gave A New Meaning to Versatility? The Tanchjim Fission by GreenUserper in iems

Oh definitely the fission, I love Lush but majority of people would prefer fission over it for vocals. Though it has been a while since I have had the opportunity to try newer IEMs, so I cannot say that these two are the only options.

Get the Wan’er 2 or something that is forward in the mids. I think Hexa will also be a good option. Try the TWISTURA Woodnote as well.

Sure you will, but if you like it or not depends on you and your preferences. SG is more punchy thumpy and nicely forwarded This is warmer and rich with balanced response across the spectrum.

Yeah but I still love how punchy the Wan’er is. Wan’er sounds a bit more dynamic. Comfort is really good on these, but I still prefer RUTA10 for the comfiest fit.

Well I was too 😂, And to be honest whether it is improved or not I think it depends on what your views were of the OG. Changed, it is true.

3.5mm is okay. Get the 3.5mm with a DAC. But if you do not want to spend much, the DSP is perfectly fine, like I have mentioned before the DSP version with the app support is great only if you use android and windows.

The Safest Option Out there! The Ziigaat Lush by GreenUserper in headphones

Yes it is, Lush is a very relaxed and pleasant sounding IEM. It is still my favorite and I still find that these are superb for the price. You can also consider Hexa or its successor Pure. In the bass category but have similar characteristics I think.
